- comments: observed interior upper water reservior of the ice machine where ice for consuption is being made noted black and brown slime substance dripping down into ice. Instructed to remove all slime and sanitize all affected areas and maintain. Ice machine was cleaned and sanitized at the end of inspection priority foundation violation 7-38-005 citation issued.
56. Adequate ventilation & lighting; designated areas used
- comments: observed mechanical ventilation not working in the unisex employees and customers washrooms. Must repair and maintain.
58. Allergen training as required
- comments: observed certified food service manager without the allergen certificate. Instrcuted above that all certified food service managers must obtain allergen training certificates.
60. Previous core violation corrected
- comments: observed previous core violation not corrected from inspection report#2590191, on 02/27/2024. Violation #38 observed rear exit door damaged weather strip with openings on the bottom of the door. Must repair door to prevent pest activity and #55 observed dirt and food debris on floor under around and behind all front cooking equipment and underneth dishwashing area. Must clean and maintain. Priority foundation violation 7-42-090 citation issued.
