I went to dinner at 4:30 with 3 other people. We shared grilled bread, yucca chips, and I had a white sauce chicken pasta that starts with an s. I can’t remember the name. It had mushrooms and spinach in it. I also ordered two drinks — whiskey lemonade. At 11 pm, I started feeling nauseated and then got fever and chills and started vomiting. I did that for about an hour and then fell back asleep. Feel okay today except for a headache. I don’t know which food affected me. But I am allergic to sesame so I wonder if there was undisclosed use of that in anything I ate? | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Headache, Chills
