- comments: observed no handwashing signs. Signs provided

39. Contamination prevented during food preparation, storage & display
- comments: observed cases of soda and water stored on the floor. Store all cases of soda and water at least 6 inches off the floor on proper shelving.

47. Food & non-food contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed & used
- comments: observed tabletop used as food prep table with blender on top not smooth and easily cleanable. The surface must be restored to a smooth and easily cleanable condition and maintained.

49. Non-food/food contact surfaces clean
- comments: observed fryers with accumulation of grease. Fryers interior and exterior need to be cleaned in detail and maintained.

50. Hot & cold water available; adequate pressure
- comments: observed no hot water throughout the facility at all sinks, including 3 compartments, handink, mop sink and washbowl sink. Priority violation 7-38-030 (c)

- comments: observed self-closing device needed on door to washroom close to food prep area. Install and maintain.

- comments: observed too much clutter in the rear with accumulation of unused equipment. Must eliminate all items that are being used in the facility.
