- comments: observed no hot running water at the handwashing sinks in the 1st floor and 2nd floor boys and girls washrooms located in the far-end west wing of the school building water temperatures ranging from (65. 6f-75. 5f). Instructed management handwashing sinks water temperature must be provided of at least 100 f through a mixing valve or combination faucet. Instructed management to repair and maintain as required. Priority violation 7-38-030(c).

- comments: observed excessive dusts on the kitchen exhaust hood/filters. Instructed to detail clean and maintain.
57. All food employees have food handler training
