37. Food properly labeled; original container
- comments: noted no labels for bulk storage containers (flour, rice, cornmeal, and sugar). Instructed person in charge: all bulk and working food ingredient containers must be labeled with the name of the contents.

38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed approximately 20 mouse droppings in the following areas in both beer storage areas. Management instructed to clean and remove all rodent droppings from all affected areas. Additional pest control service is needed to eliminate the pest activity. Priority foundation #7-38-020(a). Citation issued.

39. Contamination prevented during food preparation, storage & display
- comments: observed no splashguard between hot foods prep area, exposed hand sink, and prep cooler. Must install a washable splashguard.

43. In-use utensils: properly stored
- comments: observed scoops for dry storage containers being stored directly inside the container. Instructed to store all utensils between uses properly.

54. Garbage & refuse properly disposed; facilities maintained
- comments: observed excessive grease build-up on and dripping from outdoor grease container. Instructed manager to clean and maintain outside waste grease area and waste grease container. Priority foundation violation #7-38-020(b). Citation issued.
