Ate chicken Alfredo from Olive Garden 3/27, chai tea with milk 3/28. Vomited like I've never done before 3/28 evening and again 3/31. Diarrhea started 3/29-4/2. I've never been so sick, had sweats and chills, but no fever. Lost 9 lbs. called advice nurse 4/2 who agreed it sounded like food poisoning since I didn't have aches or fever and gave me home-care ideas to feel better. Ate bland food (rice, applesauce, bananas, plain white toast, saltine crackers, Gatorade) for 3 more days and finally started feeling better and able to digest normal food. Makes me think twice about Olive Garden! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Fever, Sweating
