Ziti Causes Severe Illness - Olive Garden, Dover Delaware

Went Saturday night, food came out almost immediately after salad. My husband and I both had a glass of red wine, salad, breadsticks. He ordered spaghetti with meat sauce and sausage and was fine. I ordered baked ziti. Within 3 hours after eating I was bloated and had nausea. Then severe vomiting and diherrea. The only difference in our meals was the entrée so I'm assuming the ziti is what did it, but who knows... | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Bloating
