I was fine all day. Had a 12 o'clock lunch, no problems. Went to Olive Garden, Lynnhaven, Virginia Beach for dinner at 6 with 4 others. Had a sampler appetizer with mushrooms, calimari, and lasagna fritta. Had one piece of bread and a salad. All of the above eaten by more than one person. Specific to me was that I had two glasses of Cabernet and the main dish, which I can't find the name of, which consisted of two cheese filled pastas about 6" long in an alfredo sauce, with 6 or 8 clams and shrimp. I only ate a half of the pasta, but ate all the shrimp and clams (which I eat frquently). We finished eating about 8. Went to bed around 9;30. Tossed and turned - didn't feel quite right, like I had to burp. Around midnight violent diarrhea started. I couldn't stay off the toilet for more than about 10 minutes max. My stomach region was crampng and making noise. That went on until about 2, when I suddenly got up to vomit. It's now 2:30 and I haven't been back to the bathroom yet, although my guts still don't feel quite right...still a little crampy. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Burping
