- comments: observed no hand washing sign at hand washng sink in butcher prep area. Instructed manager to provide hand washing signs at all hand washing sinks used by employees.

- comments: observed over 100 mice droppings scattered on floor under chip racks, inside kickplates under snack shelves, on bottom of tortilla shelves, on pallets under ramen noodles in sales area, along walls and in corners in rear storage area, numerous flying insects in produce prep area. Instructed manager to call an exterminator for service, clean and sanitize all areas. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a) citation issued.
