Report date: Sep 2, 20258. Hands clean & properly washed
- comments: food handler took trash to the outside dumpster, came in without washing her hands and began to get supplies to prep lunch. Instructed to properly wash hands after taking out the trash, when entering the prep area, before starting tasks, when multi-tasking, touching body, phones, etc. Priority 7-38-010 no citation issued

- comments: rodent activity found during inspection. 20 droppings found in the corners of the floor around the cooking equipment. Instructed to remove droppings, clean/sanitize area and contact pest control for assistance. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a) no citation issued

- comments: doors in cafeterina dining area are not rodent/insect proofed underneath. A 1/4"-1/2" gap noted. Instructed to rodent/insect doors and maintain tight fitting doors.

- comments: wiping cloth in 2 compartment sink. Instructed to properly store cloth in sanitizing solution (sanitizer must be at the required ppm) when not in use. Maintain same.

- comments: cutting boards with stains and deep grooves in the food prep area. Instructed to sand or replace cutting boards to maintain smooth and easily cleanable surfaces.

- comments: the far left washbowl in the 1st fl girls/boy toilet room needs to be recaulked around the top. Instructed to recaulk and maintain.

- comments: the following plumbing issues were found and must be corrected and maintained: -the hot water at the middle washbowl in the 1st fl girls toilet room does not stay open long enough for adequate hand washing. -the hot/cold first two washbowls in the boys toilet room does not stay open long enough for adequate hand washing. -low water pressure at the hand washing sink in the serving/dining area of the cafeteria.

- comments: 1st fl unisex toilet room needs a trash receptacle with a lid. Instructed to provide and maintain a trash receptacle with a cover/lid.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: floors in the corners of the walk in cooler and behind the cooking equipment with dirt, debris and floors in the dining area with dead bugs. Instructed to clean and maintain floors throughout.
