- High Priority - Stop Sale issued on time/temperature control for safety food due to temperature abuse. See Stop Sale

- High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Cookline Table top raw eggs (76F - Cold Holding)4. 5 hours ; operator instructed to discard ; make table raw chicken (56F - Cold Holding); less than 4 hours. Operator placed ice. **Corrective Action Taken**
