I ordered a steak and baked potato along with some chicken wings. The chicken wings were terrible so I only ate about three of them. I did finish my steak and potato. Within half and hour of finishing, I started to get severe stomach cramps which developed into nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. I also had chills and fever. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills
