I ate at P.F. CHANG’s in bellevue square at around 6:30-7:00 on the 14th. I ordered four pork dumplings, the Lo Mein with a combo of chicken and shrimp, and then for dessert the “Great wall of chocolate” chocolate cake. I woke up that night around 1:00 am and had horrible stomach pain. I ran to the bathroom and immediately had horrible case of diareah and I threw up my whole stomach. Everything. It was horrible and it is the next day around 7:00 pm and I am still suffering. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
