I had ordered the crispy tempura green beans as well as the chicken low mein and one of their seasonal cocktails. I felt fine until about 5 hours later, around 1 am, I started to throw up my entire dinner. It felt like my body was rejecting every single thing I put into it.

I had lunch with friends., About one hour later after lunch. I feel tummy ache and dizzy and went to the bathroom, almost pass out. I had vomiting and diarrhea at the same time.

On Sept 29, 7pm I are Kung Pao Chicken at PF Chang's. Later on in the evening I started having diarrhea and stomach pain. It continued through the night and my silk is still painful.

I ate at P.F. CHANG’s in bellevue square at around 6:30-7:00 on the 14th. I ordered four pork dumplings, the Lo Mein with a combo of chicken and shrimp, and then for dessert the “Great wall of chocolate” chocolate cake. I woke up that night around 1:00…
