Additional information: My family ate at P.F Chang's for Easter around 2:00PM. I ordered the boneless dry rub Korean Chicken and split vegetable eggrolls with my mother. No one else ordered the Korean Chicken. A few hours after I began feeling nauseous, then began bloating heavily for several hours. Chills and muscle aches came next, then around 7:00 pm I vomited. I vomited multiple times over several hours before developing heavy diarrhea past midnight.
Vomiting stopped late Monday, diarrhea stopped Tuesday night. Currently am very gassy and sore from muscle straining. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Headache, Bloating, Chills, Gas, Muscle Pain
