Instructed person in charge to acquire licensed pest control company and obtain inspection report on site for review. Priority foundation #7-38-020(c). Citation issued.

- comments: observed faucet at washroom sink to be damaged. Instructed person in charge to repair and maintain.

- comments: observed no covered receptacle in restroom. Instructed person in charge to provide covered receptacle for disposal of feminine products in restroom.
