- comments: observed one certified food service manager with an expired allergen awareness certificate. Instructed the person in charge to renew expired allergen awareness training certificate and maintain.

- comments: previous core violation from 02/10/2023 inspection, report #2571152 not corrected: #51-a minimum of one sink used for food preparation,obtaining water,and discarding liquid waste is required at front coffee/food preparation area. Foundation violation 7-42-090. Citation issued.
