Worst food poisoning I’ve ever had. Had the orange chicken and honesy sesame chicken with chow Mein and fried rice with cream crab puff. Just thinking about it is making me nauseous. Ive been sick all night and all day , also experienced the worst headaches of my life after throwing up. Seriously felt like I was having a brain aneurysm. Been debating on going to the ER. Will never eat Panda Express again !!!!!! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
