3/14/22 Got my food in a timely manner. I ordered fried rice, Beef & Broccoli, Honey Walnut Shrimp and a small side of Fried Rice. I felt fine after eating it. Gradually I started to feel worse I vomited a couple of times.3/15/2022 midnight-morning I had horrible diarrhea and shaking. It went away snd I started to feel better so I'm heading to work. On the drive to work I started shaking and felt queasy, I went back home and my lower back hurts and I feel feverish and the diarrhea returned. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Shaking
