Shared Meal, Dual Illness - Panda Express, Roseville California

Co-worker and i both ate lunch here at 12:30 pm on 9/16/2020. We each got completely separate food types: 1 panda bowl with noodles and bejing beef, 1 panda bowl 1/2 fried Rice 1/2 veggies, with Sweet fire chicken breast, each got a small drink.

we paid separately, but the person who prepared our food was the same person. and the Cashier handled our packaged food and straws at the same time. He also filled our drinks.

I went back to work with nausea, headache, and overall fatigue, coworker went home sick with stomach ache and didn't recover even on day 2.

It could only be one of the following:
1. Entire food area contaminated
2. Water used for Drinks contaminated
3. Cashier and/or Food prepper contaminated. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Other, Headache, Fatigue, Stomach Pain
