I ate Panda Express on my mealtime that Kohls had scheduled for me around 7:15-7:45. Had Kung Pao Chicken, Beijing Beef, and Fried Rice with a Chicken Egg Roll. Almost immediately after around 9, I asked to take my break around 9:30 and had nonstop diarrhea until 10:17. I then asked to get off my shift early and went back to my dorm at Southwestern U . Around 11:50-12:00, became very nauseated and vomited. Then had more diarrhea right after. Spent the rest of night with stomach pains. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
