Yesterday ordered 2 entree, black pepper chicken and asian grilled chicken with 1/2 noodle 1/2 fried rice for lunch at 12:30. 1 hour later head began to hurt but went away. The next morning diarrhea and nausea. I felt these symptoms the remainder of today. I wish it would go away. Im never eating panda express again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
