Double orange chicken, fried rice. Two plates. Had coffee for breakfast, this for lunch. Used included condiments (hot mustard, chili sauce) - the other person eating did not use condiments and did not fall ill. Around an hour after consuming, started feeling flush, dizzy and then sick. I've since emptied my stomach several times throughout day. Still dizzy. Unsettled stomach. Hoping a night of sleep will help. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Dizziness
