I stopped to charge at the Tesla superchargers after landing at sfo. I had lunch 6-7 hours before arriving to Serramonte. I ordered a bowl from Panda Express with chow Mein and beef broccoli. Within an hour, I already began to have stomach pains so I drank some lemon honey ginger tea which helped. But as time progressed the pain became worse until it felt like a violent intense pain inside of me. Hours later I was able to let it out in the bathroom and it felt like it wanted to come out of both ends in a. Violent and painful way. My body began to sweat and shake from the pain.Suspected source: Food, chow Mein, beef, broccoli
