On 8/012/18, thirty minutes after eating, immediate severe and acute vomiting and diarrhea with fever. After three hours of non-stop symptoms, I went to local Urgent Care. I had eaten chow mein, beijing beef and mushroom chicken, with a couple cream cheese rangoons and lemon water (that was at the location). I did report this to the Health Department. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
