Kung Pao Chicken Illness - Panda Express, Redlands California

On 3/7 @ approx 6:20 pm I purchased a Kung Pao Chicken bowl for myself and some noodles and vegetable egg rolls for my wife. My chicken bowl and fried rice didn’t taste that great, I didn’t eat it all. At 2:00am on 3/8 I woke up with the worst indigestion imaginable. Nothing helped. Couldn’t go back to sleep. Then the diarrhea and stomach pains started. It’s now 11pm on 3/8 and I still have diarrhea, stomach pains and have a headache and low grade fever.
Not sure if it’s related, but when I paid with Apple Pay the girl grabbed my phone instead of moving the terminal to me. If she’s doing that for everyone with Apple Pay and grabbing the food maybe that’s the issue? God only knows what’s on everyone’s phones. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever, Headache, Indigestion, Stomach Pain
