Repeat Food Poisoning Incident - Panda Express, Lake City Florida

i went at about 1:45- 2pm on october 29 2019 and ordered the 2 entree plate with included fried rice, teriyaki chicken, and sweet sesame chicken. a little after eating i started feeling a little sick, at about 9 that night i started throwing up with really bad diarrhea & stomach cramps, also with a little headache. about a month before this day, i ate at and got food poisoning as well. I will NEVER eat here again! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Cramps
