Ate soup & salad from Panera at 9pm Tuesday. Awoke 6am Wednesday to violent vomiting that did not stop all day, could not hold anything down, followed soon after by diahhrea and fever, then ended up in ER that night sweating for hours (13 hrs after symptoms began) and waited 7 hrs while freezing for diagnosis of gastroenteritis and given IV and zofran. Had heart rate of 130 all that time. Verified today (2 days later) that another customer also had a salad with chicken as I did from same location day after my visit and has been diagnosed with food poisoning. Called Corporate, said they would return call and have not, so far. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Sweating, Gas
