I was at Panera on Jan. 21 2017 at about 7:00. I ordered a pick 2 option-the Turkey Wild Rice Soup, with a side Caesar salad, and a side fruit cup. Finishing up the meal, my stomach started hurting really bad. An hour later I had liquidy diarrhea that lasted the rest of the night and some to the next morning. I had also vomited once that night. Other symptoms like chills, headache, stomach pain, weakness and muscle aches are slowly decreasing. I ate with my grandma. She had the broccoli cheddar soup with a salad and bread as a side. She felt fine. I am determined it was the soup. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache, Weakness, Chills, Stomach Pain, Muscle Pain
