Chicken Soup, Severe Symptoms - Panera Bread, Gaithersburg Maryland

I went to Panera Bread on 11/30, around 2 pm. I had a cup of Chicken Noodle Soup, a half Green Goddess Cobb Salad with Chicken (iceberg was substituted for romaine due to E Coli outbreak), and a baguette on the side. I had no symptoms whatsoever prior to my visit and even exercised in the morning with no complications. This was my first meal of the day. Around 6 pm I began experiencing a headache and left the restaurant early even though I had planned on staying longer to work on school work. Over the next 2 hours, I began to experience severe stomach pains, belching, and my headache intensified. Eventually, I began to experience weakness, chills, mild fever and dizziness. Around 9:30 pm I vomited close 1 gallon worth. Around 10 pm I vomited again, slightly less than the original amount. Shortly after I experienced watery diarrhea. By this point, I was extremely weak, cold, and my body was aching. I had finally stopped vomiting and was able to go to sleep. The following Saturday morning I experienced dry heaving, but no vomit, and had a small amount of diarrhea. I was still very fatigued, and still had body ache and slept most of the day, yet was still tired enough to fall asleep at bedtime. I also had no appetite throughout the day. The following Sunday I had diarrhea one last time and seemed to regain some of my strength. My appetite slightly increased, but not by much. As of Monday as I write this, I am still experiencing headaches, lack of appetite and upset stomach anytime I eat something, but I have not experienced anymore vomiting or diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Weakness, Dizziness, Chills, Loss of Appetite, Stomach Pain, Burping, Body Ache
