Food Safety Report - Panera Bread, Massachusetts

5 years ago reported by user-khrkr812

Panera Bread MA

Massachusetts, United States

About a month ago I ate a steak egg and cheese panini from a local Panera bread. I had the worst stomach cramps of my life and severe diarrhea for about two days. The Panera being the only unusual meal. I was hesitant to eat a steak and white cheddar panini last night for fear of the same. The steak was very very pink and almost exactly 24 hours later I was hit with similar diahrea and minor cramps.
It happened at multiple Panera’s over the period of a couple weeks which is why I didn’t name one. I believe it’s an issue with their product/preparation as a whole vs specific restaurants. | Symptoms: Diarrhea
