October 5th 2021,
I got a large coffee half hazelnut half dark roast with just creamer. And I also got a sliced toasted Asiago bagel with chive and onion cream cheese. After eating this and drinking the coffee not sure what of the two caused it but I had bad food poisoning vomiting and diarrhea all day fever and body aches had to leave work and miss today too. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting, Body Ache
