After ordering online from Panera Bread, I received my order which was the cheese pizza and Asian sesame chicken salad… after eating a few slices of the pizza I decided to eat my salad as soon as I started to get slightly full I stopped and just started throwing up in the container my salad came in and it was nonstop … now I’m feeling lightheaded and my stomach is upset. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Lightheaded
