I ordered a small veggie pizza last night using my 50% off discount per manager. They sent me a cheese pizza and I sent it back because off the wrong order. I called the manager to return the pizza an exchange for the veggie that I ordered. Papa Johns finally delivered the veggie pizza. After eating a few slices I started to get nauseous and severely vomited. I am still waiting for my refund from the order where there was a mouse dropping in the cheese knots. I am done with this chain. I remember going to the Papa John's restaurant in Chicago and now this is it! | Symptoms: Vomiting
