Closure Date: 08/31/2022Overflowing wastewater, insufficient refrigeration. A floor sink was clogged and overflowed when the dishwashing sink was drained. Also, the walk-in cooler and all cook-line coolers were impounded for not being able to keep food cold. Among other violations, an employee used heavily soiled tongs to grab raw chicken, the inspector saw one dead cockroach, and equipment and other surfaces needed cleaning. This was the restaurant’s second failed inspection and third closure since 2021.
