- comments: no soap at hand washing sink in rear dish washing area. Must provide soap at hand washing sink at all times. Priority foundation violation. 7-38-030(c). Citation issued. Employee provided soap during inspection.

- comments: observed high temperature dish machine with a hot water sanitizing final rinse temperature of 148f. Final rinse temperature must be between 180-194f. Priority violation. 7-38-025. Citation issued.

- comments: observed wet wiping cloth stored in container with raw vegetables inside. Instructed to store wet wiping cloth in a sanitizing solution bucket when not in use.

- comments: observed trash bags being used for food storage in chest freezer in rear. Must use food grade containers for food storage.

- comments: observed numerous of items stored inside of the mop sink in rear. Instructed to remove items and maintain mop sink area.

60. Previous core violation corrected
- comments: previous core violation not corrected from 4-9-2025, report 2615444. 16-observed mineral build up inside of ice machine at bar. Must clean and maintain. 47-observed small wrench attached to where cold water handle should be at hand sink at main prep line. Must install cold water handle which can easily turn on and off. Priority foundation violation. 7-42-090. Citation issued.
