- comments: 5-501. 17 observed no covered waste receptacle in the cafteria employee washroom. Management instructed to provide.

55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: 6-501. 11 observed several areas of chipped paint on the ceiling in the food prep area. Management instructed to scrape and repaint the affected areas.

59. Previous priority foundation violation corrected
- comments: 8-404. 13(b)(3) previous priority foundation violations from report #2602953 on 9/17/24 not corrected: 10 - observed no hand washing sink on front service line. Instructed manager to install hand washing sink near front service line. 48 - observed 3 compartment sink not in proper working in order. When water is drained in one compartment, another compartment floods. Water also floods in adjacent prep sink. Instructed manager to service 3 compartment sink so that it drains properly. Priority violation 7-42-090.
