- comments: 6-301. 14 found no hand washing signage at any handwashing sinks in students toilet room. Handwashing signage must be posted at all handwashing sinks at all times.

- comments: 6-501. 11 found hole in wall behind walk-in freezer. Instructed manager to repair and maintain to prevent pest harborage.
