On Thursday Dec 3rd I ordered a medium pepperoni, sausauge and bacon pizza, an 8 piece wings and an order of cheese sticks. The next morning I woke up to nausea, vomiting and severe diarrhea.. I lost 18 pounds in 3 days! I went to the hospital on Dec 8th and was in there for 6 days! Being diagnosed with an intestinal infection caused by contaminated food. Your food was the last thing I ate! If I would have waited one more day to go to the hospital, I would have died because i was severely dehydrated! | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dehydration
