- comments: observed no written employee health policy on the premises. Management instructed to have a signed employee health policy for each employee. Priority foundation violation 7-38-010. Citation issued.

- comments: clean the grease buildup on the ovens, shelves next to the ovens and hot hotding unit.
54. Garbage & refuse properly disposed; facilities maintained
- comments: observed the lid of the grease dumpster in the alley removed and the grease dumpster filled with grease and garbage overflowing over the top of the dumpster. Also observed excessive amount of garbage and litter on the ground around the dumpsters. Management instructed to have the grease dumpster emptied and clean the ground surrounding the dumpsters. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(b). Citation issued.
