- comments: observered prep table for snowballs with 4 drain hoses attached to table and draining into 2 large buckets. Instructed to send specs to office for further approval.

- comments: observed cardboard lining the shelves where all the sugar syrups are located instructed to remove the carboard and maintain clean.
