Additional information: This happened on Superbowl Sunday. We ate about an hour before the game. I had a roast beef sandwich with provolone, tomato, pickle, mayo & Italian seasoning. I felt nauseated pretty quickly. By half time, I was fully sick with severe nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. So much so, I had to go to bed. I didn't know about reporting here or I would have done so sooner. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
