I purchased a club sandwich, took it home, put it in the fridge, and ate it the next morning on an empty stomach because I had been fasting the day before. It smelled fishy, like tuna, but I went against my better judgement and ate it anyway. I think it must have been the tomatoes or lettuce or undercooked bacon. The chicken part was fine. Now I have 39.3 degree fever, stomach feels like it is full of knives, and this came on so suddenly last night that there’s no way it could have been anything else, because I didn’t eat anything else. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea
