- comments: noted wiping cloths on countertop in front prep area. Instructed to hold wiping cloths in proper sanitizing buckets with sanitizing solution in between use to prevent contamination.

- comments: observed frozen vegetables stored in plastic storage totes in the freezer. Management instructed to use proper food grade storage bags and containers only.

- comments: observed clutter in refuse enclosure. Noted tools, equipment and trash in corners. Instructed to remove all unnecessary items from premises to prevent pest harborage in enclosed area.
