On Weds, I picked up a pack of ribs and mac & cheese from their hot food section, and I also picked up a sushi roll. I ate a little bit of each item that night. The following day, I attempted to eat lunch around 1PM and couldn't as it nauseated me. As the day progressed, I developed chills, a fever, a headache, and stomach ache in addition to the nausea. I was extremely constipated until Friday afternoon after I took a laxative. I've only eaten small amounts of soup twice on Friday and each time I develop a fever and have diarrhea. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever, Headache, Chills, Soreness, Constipation, Stomach Pain, Cramps
