5. Procedures for responding to vomiting and diarrheal events
- comments: observed no procedure/plan for responding to vomiting and diarrheal events. Instructed to provide and maintain required procedure/plan and appropriate supplies or kit. (necessary items at a minimum: gloves, face masks, disposable mops and appropriate sanitizer/spray that is effective against norovirus). Priority foundation violation 7-38-005,no citation issued.

- comments: instructed to provide hand washing signage at hand sink in main building serving line and to maintain.

- comments: observed improper cold holding temperatures of tcs foods. Observed 3 crates of milk at (65. 6 f-68. O f) stored in refrigerator at the (annex serving line). Management voluntarily discarded approximately 15#'s of food worth $15. 00. Priority violation 7-38-005,no citation issued. (cos).
33. Proper cooling methods used; adequate equipment for temperature control
- comments: observed the refrigerator in the (annex serving line) with an air temperature of 51. 8 f. The cooler was used to store (tcs foods) milk. Management instructed to repair and maintain the cooler 41 f or colder at all times. Priority violation 7-38-005,no citation issued. (cos).

- comments: instructed to provide visible thermometers in milk refrigeration units and maintain at all times.
38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: instructed to make and maintain entrance doors tight fitting all across the bottoms to prevent pest entry at (main school building).

- comments: instructed to detail and maintain clean storage racks inside the dry storage room.
51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: observed small water leak at drain pipe underneath the dish washing 3-compartment sink. Instructed to repair plumbing leak and to maintain.
53. Toilet facilities: properly constructed, supplied, & cleaned
- comments: a toilet room used by females shall be provided with a covered receptacle for sanitary napkins.
54. Garbage & refuse properly disposed; facilities maintained
- comments: observed outside garbage receptacles overflowing with garbage and boxes etc. Instructed to detail clean and maintain lids/covers on garbage dumpsters to prevent pest harborage. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020 (b),no citation issued.

- comments: observed missing ceiling tiles at corner above the 2 door stand-up cooler in serving line (annex building). Must provide and maintain.
