Cockroach infestation. The inspector found live roaches on a cooler, under a food-prep table and near the water heater and mop sink, dead roaches on the floor and a wall, and roach droppings on the same cooler and a wall. Among other violations, there was a can of Raid (not approved for use in restaurants) and the inspector noted “an accumulation of grime, grease and old food debris” on all of the cook-line equipment, coolers, dry storage racks, hood filters, light switches, walls, floors and ceiling.
