Was a Family trip to Punta Cana Bavaro Princess arriving June 21 until June 25, 2024. The afternoon of June 23, 2024, around 3:00PM, My sister eats a beef hamburger from the food truck near the buffet place located near the main pool & beach. Minutes later (30 mnts) my sister started feeling ill with the following symptoms; Nausea, fever, cramps, chills, pale skin, gastrointestinal pain, vomite, diarrhea, headache and others. We try several times using the room phone, that was reported broken since arrival on June 21, 2024 to the reception personal until we some how made the phone dial the #0 and got transfer to the hotel clinic and the doctor with the nurse visited the room and provided medical assistance to my sister but it wasn't enough, and I ended up requesting an ambulance to transfer her to any near hospital and is when the doctor from the ER diagnose her with food poison that cause her an Gastrointestinal Bacteria. My sister had to stayed about 20 to 24 hrs at the hospital for observation due to his prognosis was bad due to the food poison. the total estimate of medical bill was $4,000.00 + hotel clinic doctor $316.00 for a total of $4,316.00. I visited the front desk of the hotel and filed an incident report due to food poison and bad food management in y resolution i am requesting from the hotel to paid off all medical bills due to their negligence. As for now i am still awaiting response. I totally don't recommend this hotel. They also discriminated against Me and my partner for being homosexual at the bar of the mail pool, also reported to Freddy the manager and other manager.
