- comments: observed several tcs foods held at inadequate temperatures ranging from 44-51 f. Instructed manager to ensure all cold tcs foods are held at 41 f and below. Manager discarded: 1 pound tamales, 1 gallon soup, 5 pounds chicken, 7 pounds beef, and 10 pounds of rice ($300). Priority violation 7-38-005 citation issued.

- comments: observed 2-door prep cooler with an inadequate ambient air temperature of 47 f. Instructed manager to ensure all cold holding units have an ambient air temperature of 41 f and below. Cooler tagged. Priority violation 7-38-005 citation issued

- comments: observed rusted racks in 2-door prep cooler and shelving above 3-compartment sink. Instructed manager to replace or repaint racks.
