Tuesday 11/15 Around 6:15 pm I stopped at the Qdoba in Arvada on 80th and Wadsworth. I ordered two nachos - one for my partner, one for me. Mine had steak, the bacon buffalo cheese, lettuce, shredded cheese and guacamole. Within an hour of eating, I felt neauseus, and thought maybe I ate too much. I had a severe headache when I went to bed and my stomach was still unsettled. At 6 am the next morning, I had diarrhea and vomited multiple times. Once my stomach was empty, I finally felt relief. Partner did not get sick from his bowl, so I think it was the buffalo cheese. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
